About TLP 

TLP is a grassroots nonprofit founded in 2020 by three parents of disabled individuals. The idea emerged from a desire for a better future for the founders aging children. This day program caters to individuals aged 21 and above with autism and other developmental disabilities. Attendees engage in the program to acquire life skills that foster independence and enhance their overall quality of life. TLP stands out by providing in-house behavioral services and maintaining high staffing ratios. Providing high quality services is not something that is often done in the adult world due to the lack of funding available. TLP understands these limitations and strives to bridge the funding gap so that our clients can receive the supports they need and deserve. 

Our dynamic behavior technicians cultivate strong connections with clients, fostering an environment where they not only enjoy but also thrive. The leadership team, boasting nearly 40 years of combined experience, offers substantial support to both staff and clients. Comprising special educators, parents of disabled individuals, and business leaders, our dedicated board of directors plays a crucial role in TLP's growth, providing unwavering support that has shaped the organization into what it is today.
