Women's Advocates, Inc. is a shelter for battered women and their children. The mission of Women's Advocates is to eliminate violence in the lives of women, children and families. Our goals are: - Provide short-term shelter, support, information, advocacy, counseling and education so that abused women and children can successfully leave violent relationships. - Teach women, children and youth to use non-violent alternatives when relating to others. - Change community attitudes about Domestic Violence and teen dating violence through information and education.
