Salem Sound Coastwatch (SSCW)is a non-profit coastal watershed organization that works in partnership with local governments, businesses, other non-profit organizations and citizens from the communities of Manchester, Beverly, Danvers, Peabody, Salem, and Marblehead. Established in 1991, SSCW is dedicated to taking cooperative action to protect and enhance the environmental quality of Salem Sound in this predominantly urban watershed. In addition, some of our programs extend beyond our traditionally defined watershed borders. Our top priorities are protecting public health and restoring coastal wildlife habitat.
