With national leadership divided, cities and states must become incubators for innovation and leadership in public policy. The mission of the Civic Action Project is to train the next generation of civic leaders, and build bridges connecting leaders in the public and private sectors. With a focus on diversity, CAP offers strategic experience and skills to both graduate students in public policy as well as corporate and government leaders, creating new and counter-intuitive networks, building new leadership, and enabling success advancing innovative public policy for the future.
