St. Vincent’s Hospital Manhattan was founded more than 150 years ago by the Sisters of Charity and has grown to become one of New York’s premier academic medical centers. In addition to superb surgical, cardiac and psychological care we continue to serve as one of New York’s few Level I Trauma Centers offering emergency services to all those in need. St. Vincent’s Hospital Manhattan provides outstanding and compassionate care to people in every stage of health, sickness and recovery, regardless of their ability to pay.
