Aquinas Center's mission is to build unity in diversity, support learning, and inspire thoughtful action. Hospitality, solidarity, responsiveness, and transformation are the four core values that animate and advance this mission.Aquinas Center was developed as a collaborative effort with the parishioners of St. Thomas Catholic Community, neighbors in South Philadelphia, and many people of good will from partnering organizations. The former convent was re-purposed to meet current community needs and was dedicated in January of 2013. The Aquinas Center's multicultural, multilingual neighborhood is diverse, young, and growing.
