Wesley Enhanced Living (WEL) is a robust, non-profit leader in retirement services and communities with a respected, faith-based history and a promising future. We are committed to Making a compelling difference in the lives of the more than 1,000 residents throughout our Pennsylvania retirement communities: Evangelical Manor, Heritage Towers, Pilgrim Gardens, and Maple Village.
At WEL, we are creating a new paradigm of aging services--transforming Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRCs) to Enhancing Life Communities (ELCs) that focus on enhancing the mind, body, and spirit at each stage of the service continuum. In short, we are breaking the "rules" of aging. In the short term, we are optimizing our existing facilities and services; in the long term, we are developing self-sustaining, well-funded, market-driven service models.
