CPC is committed to delivering financing, technical expertise and to working closely with a range of community partners to create and preserve affordable housing. For four decades, CPC has contributed to the preservation or creation of more than 157,000 units of affordable housing, initiated numerous downtown revitalizations, and improved the quality and energy efficiency of the multifamily stock. CPC is a one stop shop which, in addition to financing, provides advice on government programs, tax benefits, rent subsidies and other available incentives.
