    The Friends of the Public-Private Partnership for Justice Reform in Afghanistan (FPJRA) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit formed in 2009 to promote legal reform in Afghanistan. It supports the programs of the Public-Private Partnership launched by U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice in 2007, and continued by Hillary Clinton and current Secretary John Kerry. The FPJRA provides scholarship opportunities, training, and other educational and career development resources to legal professionals in Afghanistan committed to promoting democracy, the rule of law, and human and women’s rights.
