LEAP is a 501(c)(3)
nonprofit organization which runs a motivational leadership program for young
adults aged 15 to 24. For nearly a decade LEAP has hosted a program on the
campus of UCLA that provides high school students, college students, and young
professionals with the essential knowledge, skill sets, and tools needed to
achieve success in their personal and professional lives. In addition, LEAP
provides a lifelong support group of peers and mentors who serve as a support
structure to hold each other accountable. These invaluable connections form
mastermind groups to provide the support and guidance not only during the week
of the LEAP program.
LEAP provides the
formula to achieve success and excellence that is often not taught in academic
environments. Our week-long curriculum was developed by inspirational leaders
who are passionate about teaching youth the proven processes to help them achieve
success.
