Animal Fix Clinic

Animal Fix Clinic is a 501(c)(3) non-profit surgical and spay-and-neuter clinic in the San Francisco Bay Area dedicated to making high-quality veterinary care accessible to all. 

What began in 1998 as a group of forward-thinking women joining forces in Berkeley to care for community cats through trap-neuter-return (TNR) and pop-up surgical clinics, has evolved into a free-standing spay/neuter center in Richmond by 2012. Since 2017, under the leadership of Dr. Jean Goh (our Medical Director) and Robin Post (our Director of Clinic Operations) we’ve expanded our offerings to include other essential surgeries and treatment of pet cats and dogs. 

We never turn anyone away for lack of funds: since 2014, Animal Fix Clinic has performed more than 50,000 life-saving and life-changing spay/neuter surgeries at low or no cost.  

Today, we find ourselves at yet another moment of transformation and growth: we’re building our own permanent home in Pinole!
