People Who Care Children Association (PWC) is a youth-centered, mental health-focused nonprofit based in Pittsburg, CA. We serve young people ages 12–21, with a special focus on youth of color, system-involved youth, and those navigating emotional and behavioral challenges.
Our programs combine mental health support with life skills, workforce development, and community service opportunities—ensuring each young person is seen, heard, and supported in every aspect of their growth.
