Trans Bloom is an intergenerational BIPOC-centered queer and trans cultural hub dedicated to healing through creativity and connection. We create programming to strengthen community resilience, foster meaningful relationships with nature, and promote joy. We host arts events in the SF Bay Area and at land-based LGBTQ+ communities in Northern California. Our programming areas are artist residencies, activist retreats, and community events.
We are a proudly BIPOC and trans-led organization with a team that has been organizing in the community for over 30 years at organizations such as the Trans Oral History Project, Trans Lifeline, the SF Transgender Film Festival, and the Translations International Transgender Film Festival.
