The National Housing Trust Community Development Fund (NHTCDF), an affiliate of the National Housing Trust (www.nhtinc.org), we safeguard affordable housing through real estate development, lending and public policy initiatives. By revitalizing existing apartments, we better the quality of life for the families and elderly who live there. We believe preserving existing affordable homes is the essential first step in solving our nation’s housing dilemma.
