To develop and provide to the public, including all special needs, the best education programs nationwide, regardless of: 1)Race, 2)Creed, 3)Ethnic origin, and 4)Physical, Mental, Social, and geographic challenges. The primary focus is on children. Our three main programs are: 1)the education concept of Optimization Through Total Environmental Awareness; 2) ACE the Advocates for Children's Education for all special needs kids; and 3) See Kids In Action Family Of Programs featuring Sea Quest Kids which includes Shipwrights Builders and Safety, Sea Quest Kids Yacht Club, Fish Tales Anglers Club, Mighty Mates Safety Club, Seapost Times Newsletter, National and International events. Endorsed by the NMMA, IGFA, APBA, Special Olympics, and others.
