Community Action Works has a vision for Zambia: one of self-reliance. We believe all communities, no matter how poor or disadvantaged, have the potential to overcome all the challenges they face.
Drawing from the experience of our diverse, professional board and staff, our mission is to promote innovative and long-lasting solutions to communities, especially in rural areas. We foster sustainable change by: • Strengthening the capacity communities to help themselves • Providing economic opportunities • Delivering relief to the most vulnerable in emergencies
