We are a civil, non-profit association founded in 1977 and legally incorporated on 22 February 1990, in Oaxaca, Mexico.
Our main goal is to promote the welfare of women from the perspective of gender equity.
We have dedicated the previous thirty years towards working for the rights of women and equality among the sexes, whilst respecting the diversity between the two.
We study, research and publicise our knowledge of the unequal relationships that exist for example within the family, the political sphere and within our laws.
Through this we aim to create awareness amongst all levels of society, in order to educate and provide alternatives to the public dialogue.
