    The Montana Self-Help Law Program is an initiative of the Supreme Court of Montana to address the needs of individuals with non-criminal legal problems who cannot or choose not to be represented by an attorney. The vast majority of individuals served cannot afford representation, and need to represent themselves. The mission of the Self-Help Law Program is to ensure equal access to justice by providing these individuals with the information they need to go to court.
