We believe Quality of Life is more important to strive for than Standard of Living. We believe preparedness for crises of all kinds can be taught, so that resilency during times of crisis gets easier. We provide microinterventions, simple enough to understand and share quickly, like "How to SQUID your emotional mind" as a method to make mindfulness habits easier to develop, and make it easier for us to "Think Before We Ink!" (Stop, Question, Understand, Imagine, then Decide). We are looking for like minded people and organizations to work with to support global quality of life improvements.
