At PathFinders, we believe that every migrant child born in Hong Kong deserves a fair start in life. We empower their mothers to make informed life decisions and find a dignified path towards a legal, safe and sustainable future.
Children born to foreign domestic helpers are the most deprived in Hong Kong. They are born into poverty and are usually undocumented which exacerbates their vulnerability and leaves them living in dangerous conditions and without access to basic services including medical care.
We provide support and shelter to migrant mothers who have lost their jobs due to pregnancy. With the right guidance and support, these mothers can protect their babies and give them the dignified and healthy life they deserve.
