4Cs Passaic County

4Cs of Passaic County is a non-profit childcare resource and referral agency. Our mission is to assist families in obtaining excellent quality childcare that is available, accessible, and affordable, so that we may continually improve the delivery of high quality childcare services to the children of Passaic County.

4Cs of Passaic County, Inc. oversees one of the state’s largest family childcare programs, with an enrollment of more than 5,000 children. The high quality childcare fostered by 4Cs helps support families and provides a nurturing environment that supports children’s growth. 

Services Offered

Parents are often overwhelmed by childcare concerns. 4Cs provides a wide range of services to more than 33,000 parents annually in order to assist them in their effort to choose quality early care and education. 4Cs provides the following services:

· Free referrals using a computerized databank of all local childcare providers.

· Subsidies for qualified families to pay for childcare (must meet eligibility requirements) families.

· Workshops to help parents and educators learn how to enhance teaching and learning for their children.

4Cs of Passaic County, Inc. administers the subsidies for the NJ Department of Human Services early childhood care and education subsidy program, including DOE-wrap-around program (formerly Abbott program) for before- and after-school care.
