The Democratic Knowledge Project (DKP) is a civic education initiative focused on curricular resource co-creation with educators, assessment innovation, professional learning, civic learning research, and national thought leadership. The DKP, originally founded at Harvard University, has evolved into two partnership entities- DKP Learn (the research and development arm) and DKP Launch (the implementation arm). DKP Learn remains at Harvard, while DKP Launch is based out of Partners in Democracy-Education, a 501c3 nonprofit through a fiscal sponsorship with Goodnation.
