The Horses at Risk Network, Inc. is dedicated to educating the public and helping new and old horse owners be able to learn ways to provide the best life possible for their horses. We will work with others concerned about the issues that equine face to help ensure dignity, humane care, health, safety and welfare of equines in all our activities . We will strive to forward this movement using our vast network of volunteers and people that love equines working to ensure humane treatment and/or a forever home to the neglected and unwanted equine in CO/WY
