Curamericas Global works with four guiding principles:

- Health care services are equitable in access and usage
- Our programs are community-based, and promote community empowerment
- Health benefits are eventually sustainable locally.
Curamericas Global, formerly known as Andean Rural Health Care, is a non-profit, private voluntary organization headquartered in Raleigh, North Carolina. Founded in 1983, we have provided preventative and curative health care to hundreds of thousands of needy people across the world. We continue to work to meet the needs of beneficiaries in our project communities in Guatemala, Haiti, and Liberia.
