Counselors in the Community Association Co. (CITCA), is a pioneer of increasing community health and awareness.
In the quest to improve the quality of life and empower communities grappling with the mental health crisis and economic disparities, CITCA was founded in 2019 to enhance healthcare opportunities and care management for individuals facing socioeconomic barriers and reducing the deficits in care that exist due to lack of options for care.
