The Way Home Adoption, Inc. (TWH) is an agency focused on recruiting permanent families and relationships for older youth living in permanent foster care who are at risk of aging out of the child welfare system on their 18th birthday with no family or stable environment. We are a service organization designed to assist CPS and Child Placing Agencies in identifying and recruiting adoptive/permanent homes for children between the ages of 11-17, for whom traditional adoption recruitment efforts have failed. The Way Home utilizes a child-centered recruitment approach which means we get to know children first and we use what we know about them to find the right match.
