Morton H. Meyerson and his family incorporate the Jewish philosophy of "Tzedakah" in their lives through the private family foundation, The David Nathan Meyerson Foundation (DNMF). Tzedakah is the Hebrew word for the just and righteous giving required of Jews. The DNMF focuses on basic human needs, community, education, environment and health and primarily supports small non-profit organizations. We value organizations with appropriate administrative expenses and "change agent" leaders who are passionate, competent and kind. We do not accept unsolicited grant requests.
