ZOP was started with the aim of reaching the outreach community in Zanzibar. It is doing this through projects in health, education and community services. So far ZOP is conducting medical camps, it has mobile clinic which goes to villages. ZOP with IMPACT and other donors is constructing and providing water to the community. In terms of education ZOP is a running a big health monitoring project, it has the only school for deafs in Zanzibar and is in the process of including secondary school teaching in the form of education camps.
