Mission Statement:
Tulane/Canal Neighborhood Development Corporation (TCNDC) is a non- profit 501c3 organization of community based stakeholders working together to restore and beautify the Tulane/ Canal neighborhood and provide quality affordable housing opportunities for low-income families and individuals. Through integrity, the TCNDC will foster a sense of community, inclusiveness, mutual respect and dignity. TCNDC will collaborate and partner with all who support this mission and who share the underlying principles.
