National Association of Consumer Advocates (NACA)

The National Association of Consumer Advocates, Inc., (NACA) is dedicated to giving new life and a new outlook to the promotion of justice for consumers. NACA has a vision of advancing the consumer law movement by maintaining a forum for communication, networking, information sharing and cooperation among consumer attorneys and a goal of enhancing advocacy on consumer issues, enforcing consumer protection statutes and deterring deceptive business practices. Since it’s founding in 1992, NACA has grown into a nationwide organization of more than 1000 public sector attorneys, legal services attorneys, law professors and law students who represent and have represented hundreds of thousands of consumers victimized by fraudulent, abusive and predatory business practices. As an organization fully committed to promoting justice for consumers, NACA's members and their clients are actively engaged in promoting a fair and open marketplace that forcefully protects the rights of consumers, particularly those of modest means. NACA also has a charitable and educational fund incorporated under §501 (c) (3).
