Our mission is to empower individuals and communities by bridging the gap between fashion and education. At the heart of the organization is the Dress for Success program, which provides professional clothing and essential career guidance to youth and those reentering the workforce. This program ensures participants are prepared for interviews, career advancement, and personal growth. Additional initiatives include youth empowerment workshops, scholarships, and tech access programs, equipping students with tools to excel in a digital world.

Threads for Change operates both in-person and virtual programs across North Texas, with plans to expand nationwide. Through partnerships with schools, businesses, and sponsors, the organization is committed to fostering empowerment and positive change in the communities it serves.
