The mission of Milkweed Editions is to identify, nurture and publish transformative literature, and build an engaged community around it. One of the nation’s leading independent book publishers, we publish 15-20 titles each year, we are an exceptionally strong nonprofit organization, and we offer a collaborative, highly stimulating work environment. We are located in the Open Book literary center in downtown Minneapolis.
