Seeds of Kindness

Seeds of Kindness is a non-profit organization which, since 2014, has connected 500+ volunteers & interns from all over the world with those in need in the local town of Moshi by Kilimanjaro, in Tanzania. Our mission is 'Changing lives through acts of kindness'.

While staying at the Old Moshi Hostel, volunteers/interns have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of community development projects while testing themselves, learning about different cultures, and most importantly making a lasting impact in the local community.

Our goal is to make a long-term difference in people's lives by allowing them to make a significant impact in Moshi's community through their work.

Some of the projects you can work on are the following:

• Teach languages at the Moshi Street Kids Soccer Academy
• Provide support to the Msamaria Children's Home (Orphanage Center)
• Medical internships at the Saint Joseph Hospital
• Support women empowerment in Moshi

Furthermore, in the amazing town of Moshi you will have the opportunity to explore the Kilimanjaro region and engage in sightseeing activities organized by Seeds of Kindness, like going on a Safari Trip or climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro.

Whether you would like to volunteer for one week or 6 months, you are always welcome at Seeds of Kindness!

The volunteer programme is free, the only costs you will have to cover is the accommodation which is 21$ per night which includes breakfast & dinner, 50$ for volunteer support & guidance, and 30$ for the organisation fee. Also, if you would like a transfer to and from the airport it costs 80$.
