Promoting health and wellbeing among adolescent girls and young women in Jinja-Uganda
MAKEXAFRICA is a Jinja-Uganda based Community Based Organization promoting health and well-being among adolescent girls and young women in Jinja - Uganda. We use beneficiary-centered approaches to engage adolescent girls and young women in implementing solutions to address; child-marriage, early and unwanted pregnancy, gender-based-violence, malnutrition, harmful cultural practices, poor hygiene and sanitation, as well as building capacity in hands-on entrepreneurial skills.
