About the Diamond Approach
The Diamond Approach is an original teaching drawing from modern psychology and ancient spiritual wisdom. Rather than bypassing the messiness of the human experience, this path helps us to not only embrace all of who we are and to see everything that arises as a doorway to transformation. The central practice of Diamond Inquiry supports us in touching into our true spiritual nature—its strength, compassion, love, clarity, freedom, and many other qualities—and helps us to bring those qualities into every part of our life.
There is no ideology, no belief system to follow, no special diets to adopt. Instead, this path simply helps us see our personal truth in the present moment, understand our beliefs and the impacts of our past, and find freedom from limitations so we can better respond to all of life’s demands.
The Diamond Approach is the spiritual teaching, the path, and the method of the Ridhwan School. The Diamond Approach is taught through various formats public workshops, and ongoing groups. Only ordained Ridhwan minister/teachers are authorized to teach the Diamond Approach. All Diamond Approach groups consist of individuals committed to a long-term process of spiritual study. The group format—which includes large group meditation, lectures and exercises, small group inquiry practice, and individual spiritual insight sessions—creates a field of spiritual resonance that allows a gradual process of individual spiritual development.
The Ridhwan Foundation admits students of any race, color, national, and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally made available to students of the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national, or ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, and scholarship programs.
