YFO operates an early care and education facility which was established in 1986. We are accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children, a level 4 on Maine's Quality Rating System and state licensed. We offer services to Greater Portland families with children 6 weeks to five years of age. Our priority population is teen parents, and homeless parents. Providing care for children in a diverse environment that includes families from all socioeconomic, racial and ethnic groups is an important part of YFO.
