APIUS, Employers' Association of
light industry, an NGO, is the only recognized organization in Moldova
representing the business community and businesses in textiles, knitwear,
leather, apparel, and footwear and fashion accessories. Launched in 2006, the Association contributes
to the promotion of products and services to companies in the sector of Light
Industry, and facilitates experience exchange for access to new technologies
and information necessary to ensure an advanced level of competitiveness. At the moment, the organization has 95
members.
