The Berkeley Food Pantry is a project of Berkeley Friends Church, a Quaker congregation affiliated with Friends United Ministry (FUM). Berkeley Food Pantry is an active member of the Alameda County Community Food Bank, the food security community, and faith-based community service partnerships. Our work is based on the Quaker belief in the worth of every person and faith in the power of love to overcome injustice.

The Berkeley Food Pantry's vision is to provide good, nutritious groceries, household items, and opportunities for learning and self-empowerment for Berkeley and Albany households in crisis, especially those households at risk of upheaval and displacement.
