The Senior
Services Coalition of Alameda County exists to help senior service providers
address policy issues together. Collectively,
SSC members provide a broad array of health, social, and supportive services to
over 57,000 seniors in the County. SSC’s
mandate is to provide the continuity, leadership and dedicated effort to
galvanize policy makers and community-based organizations to act to improve the
system of care for older adults in Alameda County.
