Heritage Clinic is committed to providing excellent mental health services to the older adult community in San Diego and Los Angeles County and to reaching elders where they live. Toward this end, Heritage Clinic utilizes a Field Capable Clinical Services approach to establish relationships with older adults as the first step in identifying and moving toward desired change. Services include mental health and substance abuse screening, benefits establishment, in-home and outpatient psychotherapy, medication, psychological and neuropsychological assessment, hands-on linkage to existing community resources, family and caregiver support, crisis intervention and peer counseling. Our multi-disciplinary team is committed to providing culturally competent, strength-based treatment and services.
