Life changing community outreach is a Non for-profit organization dedicated to serving the west-side of Chicago and the surrounding communities. We strive in making the communities more responsive to the needs and interest of low-income families and at-risk youth by mobilizing programs and resources. We aim to build programs that Will influence and challenge today’s youth to regain confidence and self esteem by bridging the gap that will Enrich and change their life’s and our communities.
