The Leadership Council for Women in National Security (LCWINS), established in June 2019, brings together a diverse, bipartisan group of female leaders in national security -- along with a number of strong male allies in the field -- to push for change. Using the power of over 70 acclaimed and accomplished leaders on our Steering Committee and Advisory Committee, we will use our ideas, connections and experience to insist on the prioritization of gender diversity and promote concrete solutions to the national security gender gap.
We are not a research institution. Our model is to use our collective authority and our leverage to hold leaders accountable for meaningful change.
