Somerville-Cambridge Elder Services is a non-profit agency that provides information, services, and advocacy to help older adults live independently in the setting of their choice.
Our mission is focused on helping people Age in Place. We help thousands of older adults, caregivers, and people with disabilities, often working with them in their homes to assess needs and coordinate assistance.
Our programs include Home Care, Meals on Wheels, Adult Protective Services, Money Management Assistance, caregiver support through Adult Family Care, and free advice and guidance through our Aging Information Center.
