All India Human Rights Association (AIHRA), the first registered HumanRights Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO) in India, has been in existence since 1987, formed for the noble cause of protecting and upholding Human Rights and providing legal assistance to the needy and under-privileged. In its sojourn of 21 long years, AIHRA has translated its avowed objectives at the grassroot level through camps, conferences, seminars, conventions, cultural programmes, family courts and free legal services to the underprivileged.
