    The YWCA of Greater Miami-Dade provides opportunities to all races of women, girls, and their families to enhance their personal growth, leadership, education, health, and empowerment.

    Eliminating racism and empowering women is our mission. In serving the community of Miami for over 86 years, the YWCA is dedicated to the empowerment of women, girls and their families - having a positive impact on their tomorrow. The programs and services we offer take a holistic approach in serving families. We understand the importance of family and providing for its elements in order to truly advance.

    We aim to provide resources that economically, educationally, physically, and mentally empower all members of the family. The YWCA programs and services are structured around the concept that what we do today can change tomorrow in an incredible way. We inspire individuals to use their personal power to be strong and improve their tomorrow by living life to their fullest potential.
