West Chester Area Senior Center

We are a (non-residential, non-medical) Senior Center established in 1975 with a mission of: "Enriching the lives of our senior neighbors through friendship, activities, education, and nourishment" for the almost 2,000 seniors age 60+ we serve each year.

We offer multiple meal programs, an onsite food pantry, exercise for all levels, health & wellness activities and education, Medicare counseling, many classes & clubs (i.e. Language Clubs, Computer Lab & Classes, Financial & Life Planning Seminars, Band, Crafts/Quilting/Crocheting/Knitting, Special Events, etc.), and act as a resource and referral agency for virtually all needs for seniors (supplemental food services, housing assistance, Veteran's benefits, annual tax assistance, etc.). Additionally, we operate 2 community Book Stores and offer a wide variety of volunteer opportunities for all ages.
