Aspire Institute Inc. identifies and nurtures underserved youth worldwide and enables them to reach their full potential and impact their community. The Aspire Leaders Program is a fully-funded leadership development program for low-income, first-generation college students and those impacted by armed conflict. The program includes interdisciplinary courses taught by world-class educators and beyond-the-classroom extended leadership opportunities with mentorship and academic grants to pursue activities that will assist the students in uncovering their untapped talent. The Institute's cofounders are Harvard Business School Professors Tarun Khanna, and Karim Lakhani.
