The purpose of ALSAC/St. Jude is simple but challenging: raise the funds and build the awareness needed to sustain St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Founded in 1957 by the late entertainer Danny Thomas, ALSAC/St. Jude ensures that St. Jude doctors and scientists provide children and families the best care with the latest research without a family ever receiving a bill.
What we do
Diverse fundraising programs allow St. Jude to be one of the largest health care charities in America. And our mission of finding cures and saving children with cancer and other deadly diseases resonates with people across the globe. We’re fortunate to have millions of supporters who have joined our cause
