The NCRC works with communities, schools, church groups, civic organizations, and businesses to provide emergency preparedness education and disaster mitigation services to promote preparedness and prevent against devastating loss during a local, state, or national emergency.
Every North Carolina citizen age 17 to 70 can become a North Carolina Ranger regardless of ethnicity, gender, religion, political affiliation, habit and/or creed.
