MEALS ON WHEELS: Home-delivered meals, weekend meals, breakfast meals, emergency meals, senior center meals, community referrals, dietary consultations, AniMeals program, companionship services
GRACE PLACE: adult activity centers, caregiver respite, caregiver support groups, caregiver education
